Our CEO
I founded Diversity Exchange on a simple but powerful insight: the gap between corporate procurement programs and the suppliers they are designed to reach is not a policy problem — it is an ecosystem problem. Closing it requires working both sides simultaneously. After 25 years of leading national corporate supply chain programs and designing entrepreneurial ecosystems, I became the expert behind closing supply chain gaps and unlocking the secrets to accessing contracts!
For corporations, institutions, and nonprofits, we design inclusive procurement strategies, supplier inclusion programs, and board governance frameworks that ensure those programs outlast any budget cycle or leadership change.
We provide hands-on advising and coaching for diverse entrepreneurs and small business founders, helping you build businesses that are certified, contract-ready, and built to compete and win in corporate supply chains.
I bring 25 years of operational supply chain experience to every engagement. In my corporate career, I managed $1.3 billion in third-party procurement spending, increased supplier participation from 3% to 23%, garnered 20+ national awards for procurement and social impact excellence, and directed capacity-building programs that engaged 600+ participants annually.
Today, through Diversity Exchange, I serve as an Executive Business Coach for Connect Up Institute, coaching 15+ founders annually, Corporate ESG Procurement Expert, and I speak nationally on inclusive procurement, entrepreneurial ecosystems, and supply chain leadership.
If you need someone who has operated at enterprise scale on both sides of the supply chain — not just someone who has advised from the outside — let’s talk.
Diversity Exchange builds ESG social procurement programs for corporations and nonprofits — and coaches the entrepreneurs those programs are designed to reach. We work both sides simultaneously: designing inclusive procurement strategy and governance on one side, developing contract-ready businesses through hands-on coaching on the other.”
